Deposit and Cancellation Policies

We're sure as a valued customer that you understand last minute cancellations/no-shows have a detrimental impact on us as a salon. Being in a remote area, we are often unable to fill these last minute spots due to a lack of passing trade, as such we have the following policies!

Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit will be taken when you book your appointment, which will act as a cancellation fee should you have to cancel an appointment within 48hrs. This will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service you have received. Should you cancel within the 48 hours of your appointment we reserve the right to keep your whole deposit.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 2 salon working days. However, please note that we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so for the cancellation of Tuesday appointments you will need to contact us by 4pm on Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

At Aquarius we try our best never to cancel or rearrange your appointments, and to run to time. We really appreciate you doing the same. We offer printable appointment reminders, and text reminders that arrive 3 days before your appointments - please take/make use of these services.

In the event you have to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 2 salon working days notice if at all possible.

Please don't text or email us to cancel, as we may not pick this up in time.

Keeping Time

If you are running up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide you with the full service or treatment. After 15 minutes it is unlikely that we will be able to fit you in. If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as you can.
