Before booking an appointment, consider booking a free consultation so you can discuss what you want to achieve and how you can achieve it. Consultations are essential for first time colour/highlighting services at the salon, because a 48hr patch test is required to check for allergic reactions or irritation. They are also needed before perm services so that the stylist can check the condition of your hair and be assured that it can withstand the treatment.

When booking an appointment for any service in the 'Bleach & Highlighting' Category, consider whether or not you need a toner applied - raw bleached hair is typically quite brassy/yellow, and toner is almost always used to correct the undertone. If you're unsure whether you would need a toner, this can be discussed with your stylist at a consultation or via direct message on social media.

Hair Treatments
Perm appointments will require a consultation before hand, at which your stylist may take a small sample of hair to test the solution on. Some hair types and/or pre-bleached hair can't withstand a perm treatment, and therefore it's important for our stylists to be able to evaluate the condition of your hair beforehand.
